Sometimes, your browser stores outdated files that can cause a web application to load incorrectly, display old information, or behave unexpectedly. Clearing your cache forces Chrome to load fresh files, which can help resolve these issues.
- Right-click anywhere on the webpage and select Inspect (or press F12).
- Keep the developer tools panel open.
- Locate the Refresh icon (curved arrow) in your browser’s main toolbar (top left of screen near the address bar).
- Right-click the refresh icon and select Empty cache and hard reload.
- You can now close the Inspect panel.
